Salvage Dogs television show scheduled to film segment at Ludwig Mansion in Hamburg Commerce Park site

We were excited to welcome Mike Whiteside, Robert Kulp and their staff from Black Dog Salvage to the Ludwig Mansion located at our Hamburg location. They will be filming April 4th through April 8th, 2016 for their DIY series, “Salvage Dawgs”.

The mansion was built in the late 1940’s, and because of the deterioration of the property, will need to be taken away as we move forward in the building of our warehouse and industrial commerce park.

The Salvage Dawgs have made it their mission to reclaim, repurpose and redefine architectural salvage from historical properties that are falling down or will be demolished. Their store where many of these salvaged items are available for purchase is located in Roanoke, VA.

At King’s Real Estate, many exciting things are happening. We have four major projects in various stages of development, and all are progressing in a positive manner.

Hamburg Commerce Park — On November, a meeting was held with King’s Real Estate, PennDOT, Perry Township and Key Development concerning the placement of the traffic signal on Route 61. All parties agreed the traffic signal intersection will be at Zweizig Road. This was a major decision for our development as we can now proceed in finalizing our plans with a Land Plan Development Submission to Perry Township in January 2016. The estimated time for Perry Township approval is six months.

Cedar Point West — On November 19, 2015, we received Final Plan Approval for Wawa and Wendy's relocation. We are eager to have Wawa as a new tenant, and anticipate construction beginning in six months <read story>. We are also in discussions with a major hospital for the Office Depot building.

Lehigh Hills — Presently all the space in our new 9,300 sq. ft. building have been leased. On November 15th, we began construction on the new 7,200 sq. ft. building. We have a signed lease with Verizon for 3,000 sq. ft., leaving 4,200 sq. ft. available. We believe by the time we finish construction in April of 2016, the building will be totally leased. Dunkin Donuts opened in September 2015 and is doing very well. We are currently in discussions with a major hospital for the development of a new 20,000 sq. ft. medical office building across the street. We are planning for construction of the medical office as well as a restaurant to start in Spring of 2016.

Grand Investment Real Estate LLC — We finalized all documents on November 1st, and we have several properties under contract. We are excited about this new opportunity because it affords us to look at properties across the United States. We are offering investment opportunities for individuals.
