Hamburg Commerce Park

We have a number of new projects in the works in the Hamburg area. Hamburg Commerce Park is proceeding with development and scheduled for a 2018 opening. Hamburg Commerce Park consists of 210 acres zoned LIC and serviced with public water, sewer, gas, and electric along with a traffic light controlled intersection. The project consists of an estimated total build-out of 2.4 million sq. ft. of flex warehousing, industrial/manufacturing buildings, ranging in size from 50,000 sq. ft. up to 850,000 sq. ft., available for lease, purchase or build to suit.

Salvage Dogs television show scheduled
to film segment at Ludwig Mansion

We were excited to welcome Mike Whiteside, Robert Kulp and their staff from Black Dog Salvage to the Ludwig Mansion located at our Hamburg location. They filmed April 4th through April 8th 2016 for their DIY series, “Salvage Dawgs”.

The mansion was built in the late 1940’s, and because of the deterioration of the property, will need to be taken away as we move forward in the building of our warehouse and industrial commerce park.

The Salvage Dawgs have made it their mission to reclaim, repurpose and redefine architectural salvage from historical properties that are falling down or will be demolished. Their store where many of these salvaged items are available for purchase is located in Roanoke, VA.

The Salvage Dawgs produced three episodes from their time at the Ludwig Estate.  The episodes originally aired in March and April 2017, but you can view the show by visiting the episode guide link below.
