Spring 2017

Presently, we have five acres of land under contract.  The land is located along Route 61, about one mile south of Cabela's. We are in discussion with a major hosital for a 25,000 sq. ft. medical office building and a possible restaurant. 

 

At King’s Real Estate, many exciting things are happening. We have four major projects in various stages of development, and all are progressing in a positive manner.

Hamburg Commerce Park — As of October 2017, we have all of our government approvals and anticipate construction to start sometime in 2018.

Cedar Point West - The Cedar Point West Shopping Center redevelopment is now complete with a new Wendy's, The Mortgage Company moving their offices into the vacant space aside of Office Depot, and the opening of Wawa in August 2017

Lehigh Hills — The first phase of the development of this site was finalized at the end of 2016, with the completion of our second building, 7727 Glenlivet Drive West.  Verizon opened their store at the end of 2016, and Polish Ice opened for business this past summer.  We have two vacancies available for lease in the second building.  We now have signed leases with St. Luke's Hospital for a medical office building and Madeline's Restaurant on the two pad sites located on the south side of Glenlivet Drive.  We anticipate construction starting this fall, 2017, with an opening date in 2018.

Grand Investment Real Estate LLC — We finalized all documents on November 1st, and we have several properties under contract. We are excited about this new opportunity because it affords us to look at properties across the United States. We are offering investment opportunities for individuals.
